Got my date today!!!!!!

I have officially scheduled surgery !!!!! Nov 18th omg can't believe it !!!!! That's 2 weeks away

I'm scheduled for 11/18, too!!  Scared, and excited, both at the very same time.  I need all the support and advice I can get, please!!

I'm so excited for you all. Having weight loss surgery was truly the best gift I ever gave myself. I hope you all will feel the same way.

Concentrate on making all those healthy lifestyle changes in those first few years post-op... healthy eating choices, moving your body every day, vitamins, water, and working on the why's (emotional stuff) there is no finish line (even when you reach your goal weight) so every day aim for the best choices and when life gets in the way... move forward and do better with the next choice.
