What are have eaten on the two weeks before surgery?
Past two days my intake have been the 600'.

I am on day 3 and its only been at 400calories need to get 600-800 but I have no desire to drink the shakes lol my protien intake should be 80-120g
Yesterday I got in 80 Today I will have around 100 I hope
