uploading pic

I'm not liking this upgraded website.   I can't find anything.  UGH!  How do I upload more pics?  I go to my profile and browse, find the pic I want but there is not button to commit the change, save it or upload it.  I'm sure its me...can anyone help me out?

Click MY OH, Photos and if it's an existing album click upload and if not create a new album and then upload the photo!
