These are great tips, Shelly!  I love your blog, btw.  My entire family loves your spinach/feta egg bites and the ricotta bake.  I'm a little scared to try the protein ice cream because I'm afraid I'll like it "too much"  - lol!

Oh I am so glad they are enjoyed :) Try the protein ice cream next summer... it's basically a frozen protein shake so really is A-OK for us. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family too!!

Are your ears burning? There was a thread just yesterday where help from old timers would be helpful to newbies and your name came up. I am glad to see this!

    

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
