Hello I used to love reading your posts/advise I have been gone too long it's been 2 years since surgey and I have lacked on the correct vitamins ,,, I know you are very knowledgable on that topic what brands do u like? I need to refocus on that part :) thanks for sharing your ideas 

Since you're discounting everyone else's opinions and knowledge and since you only want advice from one person, it's better to send her a PM rather than post on the main forum. But that's just my opinion, not Poet Kelly's. So feel free to ignore it. LOL

I use the Family Wellness multi from Family Dollar, which is nearly identical to Centrum only much cheaper.  I use generic calcium citrate, whatever I find cheap on sale.

I like Sundown Perfect Iron because it's carbonyl iron and I take it with generic vitamin C, again whatever I find cheap.

I like the vitalady D3, A and zinc, mostly because she has big doses.

I do B12 shots.
