Abilene, Texas anyone?

Anyone in or near Abilene Texas? We are moving there this summer and I have a ton of questions regarding WL docs in the area. I have a band in place but am hoping to revise to a sleeve once we are back in America. I used the search tool on OH but it's saying Dallas is the closest specialist...might not be a bad thing if it helps me get revision! 

I live in Brownwood. I went to Austin for my surgery.

Dallas/Ft Worth is probably the closest. DFW and Austin are about the same distance from Abilene.

We are actually really excited about the move...even if we are in the middle of nowhere lol Texas is home for us...Central Texas anyways so Abilene puts us about 3 hours north of both families. A few months back I was chatting with another military spouse that recommended San Antonio for revision but that's further down south and I'd rather not commute that far out if I can help it. I'm just ready to get there, get settled in and move forward with my WL journey. I was feeling defeated there for a while but I know there are other options available now! 

You can great surgery in DFW or Austin so you don't have to go to San Antonio. I participate in the support groups in Austin. There is great support there. I know of someone who lives in San Angelo who went to Austin. I love my surgeon. Would love to share with you. My surgeon has a great support group. I see him every six weeks. Austin is just a little smaller and easier to get around.
