Pregnancy post-op question

I am 13 years post-op and pregnant for the first time. I am only 10 weeks along and I'm already feeling stretched to the point of uncomfortable. I also had a belt lift and my navel was also relocated. Therefor I have a scar all the way around my waist. Has anyone else felt like they were stretched beyond comfortable so early on? Did your have any troubles with belly growth and scar issues? Does it get better?
