Anyone ever need a second repair

My original surgery was in December 08 but in January 11 I had to have it repaired because of a fistula. The repair was very difficult for me to get through. Now I have to have another repair because its ulcerated and my intestines might perforate. I can't eat and am severely malnourished as of now. Just wondering if anyone ever needed theirs repaired twice and if so how they did? 

I have never been in this situation, although I have a friend who had six abdominal surgery in six months.  Recovery has been difficult, but she is now back at work and able to eat some regular food.  I hope your surgery goes well and that your recovery is easier than for your last procedure.
