I had rny done in march 2013 and was the same with my cycle as before surgery...every 28 days like clockwork.   Now over 1 year post op and I'm 2 months + since my last cycle...had tubes tided over 2 years ago so cant be pregnant.....surgeon said don't worry about it.....but I am.  Anyone else with similar experience....should I call my gyny or wait it out?

your cycle can get wacky with weight loss -and you don't have to take action unless you are concerned or have pain - but if you are over 60 days this cycle, the doc could give you progesterone pills that can kick start a period.  (you'd take them for a few days, then aunt flow would start a few days later - this mimics what happens after ovulation, your progesterone levels increase then drop off and you start a period.)

I'd take a pregnancy test just to be sure first.
