Preparation Before Surgery

Hi everyone!!!

My surgey date is on May 12th, which I just realized is right around the corner, and I've now got the nervous butterflies in my stomach. 

I was wondering if any of you had any helpful tips and things that you could share in order to get ready for the big day.

You are right it's just around the corner. I am booked for surgery tomorrow. What I did to keep focused is write a "I can do this list". I had about ten things on the list that if I felt I was loosing focus I could take out and read - remember your goal, you can do anything for  x amount of days, drink more water, stop and dance....hang in there
