Pain

Has anyone experienced pain on their left side after they sneeze?  I had RNY almost 5 years ago and this has happened several times. I just sneezed about 45 minutes ago and I feel like my I pulled a muscle on my left side.  Very uncomfortable and painful

Not weight loss surgery related, but I did develop pleurisy once during a bad cold.

It is an inflammation of the lining of the lung .. And it was quite painful.

At  years post-op, I doubt this has anything to do with your RNY. Remember, not everything that happens after WLS is because of WLS.
