Newbie here, a few questions regarding after surgery

I have Anthem of Maine.  I am responsible for up to $9500. In deductible and co pays.

I had BCBS of Michigan. Its more than just a mandatory diet.........its phsyc, exercise and support groups

With my DS, the Pork+Pork+potatoes would not be a problem for me!  Carbs are a strategic item  Some affect me differently than others, but in time you figure out what you can eat.
