6 years out - strange cramping pains
I'm six years out. For a good six months now, I get a very strange cramping once in a while when going to the 
room. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it's when I push. Feels like my intestines are in a knot and someone is twisting it. Anyone have anything like this? What could it be?

I would contact your doctor. Sounds like a bowel obstruction. Constipation doesn't always the obstruction.
