Motivated!
I had my 2 week post-op appointment yesterday and I've lost 26 pounds! I'm feeling pretty good since the surgery but still get tired easily. I haven't been able to take walks like I'm supposed to because of a condition in my spine called spondylolisthesis. I have constant back pain from this and I'm hoping as I lose weight the pain will decrease. The only type of exercise I could do before the surgery that didn't cause me pain was water aerobics. My surgeon told me I could start back on that next Monday! I'm very excited to be able to return to the pool.![]()
Way to go! That's great that you'll be able to get back into the pool. :D
