I happened upon a little gem today at the grocery store and I thought I would share. I found a box of Crystal Light with caffeine and it has no sugar and only 5 cal. I know some plans call for limited or no caffeine; however, if you need a pick me up this is a good option since we no longer drink soda.

That is good to know. I am looking for anything that will help me after I have the surgery!

Every day I drink crystal light raspberry green tea. It also has caffiene. I have used the kind you talk of as well but to me it can burn the throat a little. I am not sure why. The tea though is very smooth.

It kept me awake at night but then I don't use caffeine either. Didn't realize it had it in there when I bought it, it did taste good tho.

I don't use Crystal Light because for some strange reason they contain soy. Why would something like that need to be an ingredient.

Soy has always slowed down my weight loss. Ack!
