Profile help!

How do I put my surgery info next to my name? So I don't have to keep saying when I had surgery and what type of surgery I had and how do I add the surgeon too??

How to add your surgery date

On the navigation bar, just to the right of the magnifying glass, click "MY OH" and then "medical history" underneath. Click the blue "add a surgery" button and fill out the details there. Make sure "primary surgery" is checked and it'll show up next to your name.
