Fit Bit One Question- not syncing

My fit bit one won't seem to sync with my phone or computer. It just says it's looking.... MFP info makes it, but the actual device (the steps) won't sync. Does anyone have any troubleshooting for me??

Fitbit support will help you.  They are so good about answering you back.  My Fitbit quit working and I have had it for several years. I contacted them and they recommended several ways to reboost and get it going again.  None of their recommendations worked so they sent me a brand new one last week at no charge.
