That is a good strategy and I am glad it works for you. I still believe some people need to get out the measuring cups and get a better feel for what a serving looks like.

I will journal intermittently.(I rebel at timed routines, my only routine is to not maintain rigidity..,but to generally do things each day). I use. to determine food intolerances., mostly.. Does help to do strict journal, ie measure when not at/near goals.
