hi everybody, looking for help!!! I have recently been diagnosed with bipolar and i am very concerned about the medications that i will be prescribed and how it would be absorbed? anyone taking bipolar medications and have had any issues?
I don't have bipolar but am a mental health professional. If I knew what you were prescribed I might have some suggestions. Several of these medications come in alternative formulations like liquids or dissolvable tablets.
Tons of people on here take various mental health meds with no problems. As long as you are closely monitored by your psych, you should be absolutely fine

I'm on psych meds. I had to change from extended release to immediate. But I did not notice any changes in my mood with that change. I have been doing great post op.
