That tastes like a Wendy's frosty and french fries.

Take a Premier Protein shake, let it sit in the freezer, then run it through the blender to get a little softer.

Make cheese crisps-- I like sharp cheddar with a little extra salt-- and dip them in.

I'm not a fan of the "make food that resembles something you shouldn't have" approach, but these two are actually pretty good.

Wendy's Frostys and fries both have protein. You just need to eat more of them to get enough.

I recommend dipping the fries in the Frosty.

The dipping parts is a given!  Those who don't dip are barbarians.  Plain and simple.

A chocolate protein shake blended with frozen strawberries sounds weird but is very much like a chocolate frosty.
