While this record may seem miniscule, I am going to run with it. I set a record today for consecutinve days of logging into MFP. I have been diligent for 64 days. Prior pattern was to be diligent during the week and not log on the weekend, I have been much better and note that I am not seeing fluctuations in my weight. I had a great week of AMAW last week and am going to do AMAW at least once a month moving forward.I will take any victory I can.
weight is down to 197.2. I was 209.7 when I started my new exercise/nutrition plan on 01/02. (YES!!!)
HW - 299 , Consult day weight - 277, Day of surgery - 259, LW - 178, CW - 207

I luuuuuv My Fitness Pal! I don't understand why there's so much antipathy on the part of some WLS patients to planning their daily meals or tracking how much / what they're eating to become more mindful about eating than they used to be.
