Cavi Lipo - ultrasonic cavitation after weight loss surgery

I had weight loss surgery in 1979 (JIB). I have an area above my large surgery scar where I can't lose weight. Even when I lost a lot of weight, that ponch stayed prominent. Part of the abdomen is numb above the scar. I have researched about the new cavi lipo which breaks down the fat so that it is eliminated via the liver. I just wonder if that would be okay for someone having had the JIB who has to keep watch on both liver and kidneys. I've always had great lab results and have shown no signs of liver or kidney failure. I would really like to have this done so that I would feel better in my clothes. Anyone have any information?

I would see a board-certified plastic surgeon and get a professional opinion. I am leary of things like Coolsculping or Cavi Lipo. This is not like buying a inferior piece of furniture that you can throw away and replace if you are not happy with it. It is taking a chance with disfiguring your body and adding unneeded pain and expense.
