Scales that report body fat % are wonderful

For the entire month of April, my weight didn't budge. I'm at normal BMI now, so I expect my weight loss to be slower. But still, I would have been very frustrated if not for the fact that the body fat % reported by my scale kept going down. And today I found that "overnight" I lost 1 kg (2.2 pounds).

If you are considering getting a new scale, I highly recommend getting one that reports body fat %. Early on after surgery, every pound you lose is just a tiny fraction of your body fat, so the body fat % will barely change from day to day. But once you get close to goal, your weight may stay stall for weeks, but the body fat % continues to go down, reassuring you that you are making progress.

The smart scale keeps my journey so much less stressful. Great job on seeing fat loss.

I am so out of the loop that I didn't know there was a scale that reports body fat. Now I know what I will be searching for online this weekend. Thanks for the information!
