How much to share about wife's surgery last Feb?

Thanks, I got that same advice from several people on here, so in case anybody's wondering, I did have a nice long talk with her, and she told me exactly her plan. She is going to tell family first and means SHE is going to tell them, and then decide her response to inquiring friends. I'm just a support beam and will not divulge a word unless she asks me to. We're on the same page, and doing well.
