I just cannot seem to drink the required amount of fluids daily. I am just not thirsty and I get so full easily. Anyone else have the same issue?

Being thirsty is too late, you are already dehydrated!

Fluids are your no 1 job when you are early out, but we all should be drinking at least 64 oz per day, in whatever form you like. Set a timer on your phone if you need reminding.

I didn't even think of it like that. I'll try setting the timer method today.

Thirst has absolutely nothing to do with it anymore. You need to drink therefore you need to drink. Probably the most important post-op activity.

Find what works for you - whether it's carrying a water bottle, or a reusable cup, or whatever. Doesn't matter - you have to drink, period. Dehydration is the absolute worst.

Sip sip sip and keep sipping some more. I aim for 64 ounces of water per day (at the very minimum) and that doesn't include coffee (I personally don't count coffee toward my daily liquids but that's just me :) ).

Dehydration sucks.

I wouldn't be so sure. I have the same problem but I read some researches claiming that everything is individually abou****er drinking per day. Some people just don't need as much water cause it will just quickly go our. When I drink suggested amount of water I am going to the toilet too often.
