I started a modified paleo starting 1/28 and lost 6 lbs so for. I've still ate/drank some dairy/cheese; and had some refined carbs, but for the most part I did
egg/meat or a protein smoothie in am.
snacked on fruit, nuts
lunch and dinner lean protein and veggies and fruit for pm snack if needed.
I ate pizza yesterday and didn't feel like i wanted to attack the carbs.
I haven't eaten any sweets and gave up coffee. I'm killing the water, i've been averaging between 12-16 cups a day. Never since WLS have I been able to do that. I'll let you know what week two brings.

Hi. I had the RNY on 05/03/12. It makes 9 months today and I am 100 pounds down. Everyday is a journey and loving it.

Your surgeon lied, lol. I hate ALL protein drinks.
My Surg office said injury can reverse weight gain post surgery...... Maybe try that to?

UNJURY ---stupid auto spell crap
From info session with doc---I can't count because I put it off until my husband and I were of like-mind..... Took a health square to get into it. For all my specialists, and procedures it took 2 months due to different doctor's scheduling and assistants meandering through and taking their time until I showed up and waited until each office did as they were suppose to and got copies of everything In case a fax didn't go through I could drop it off to the required docs/offices/insurance company........ Once I got physically involved everything was done in 3 weeks to 3 1/2 weeks.
i have Cigna and it's open access.....
