Hi Cynthia, i'm glad you finally posted to the board. I know what you mean about wishing you had your surger earlier. I wish I would have stayed thin for a bit longer than I did before the weight started creeping back on, but that is another story.

All I can say is Wow you look great and the best part is your health, I wish I had done this before now but when I see profiles like yours it encourages me even at 56 I know I can do it. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the response. Vogue I know of black girls run. They are Atl based but there is a Jacksonville FL chapter. The article was more aboutrhe disparities between our ethnic group taking advantage of the tools available via WL
