Greetings and welcome.
I am Trish, and I don't get here as much as I need to. I am too busy to take care of myself properly.
The Lord is good to us on this forum. We do not tend to get into theological or political discussions, just lifting each other up, and encouraging one another. Some great prayer warriors on here as well.

I'm happy to pray for your request. As you know, the Word says "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men liberally." The Holy Spirit will lead and guide you to just the right doctor.
If you have not already done so, request a list of approved/in-network bariatric surgeons from your insurance company. That will narrow it down a bit for you. Of course, if you're willing to travel some, that will broaden the field from which to choose. :)
I'm doing well. It's slow going for me, but I am halfway to goal, which is better than where I was a year ago. :) God is faithful, and as I am obedient, we'll make it the rest of the way. :)
Keep us posted on your progress.

Hello LInda,
how are you? hope you are well. i havent had my surgery yet but i had a date in march but then got a call and the doc is out of network but still praying and trusting the lord for his direction. now from hearing what other ppl say I'm not sure if i want to do the realize band anymore. ah.. may i ask what did you have done, or getting done?

Good Wednesday morning everyone!! Time to rise and shine. It is going to be a wonderful day today. Even with some clouds, the SON will shine through......if you let him.
Our challenge for today is to smile all day. Don't let anyone catch you with a frown or an angry look on your face. We see enough of that in the world. Imagine what kind of world we would live in if more people had a smile on their face than the look of a mule eating briers....so to speak?! Lets all smile today. It will make people wonder what GOOD is going on in your life.
I'm enjoying some awesome Pumpkin Spice again today from Boca Java. The stuff sho nuff is good.
Off to the Dr. this morning for follow up. Y'all have a wonderful day!!
