the difference 70 pounds makes...(a few Wow's)
Oh Anne, my heart just sings for you!!! The stearing wheel thing was one of best wows. No longer having the steering wheel gauging gave both freedom and enjoyment out of my limited world.
And...uh....errrrm....THAT feeling increases in frequency as well! Tee hee! I'm so pround of you!! Big ol' bear hugs, Mary

Betty, I hope you do really well. It really sucks to use scooters, a cane, and having to either rely on others for home-cooked meals, or sitting while cooking. I can't believe my energy came back to me, and that I'm fitting into clothes better.
I want to get to 215 pounds. I know what I looked like at 215, and I thought I looked pretty good.
The scale moving is a boon, and if I don't stop to count the wow's or smell the roses, I'll take total advantage of it, and even get down on myself for not losing more - and more quickly.
Thanks, Betty. You'll do well, I'm sure. When will you be having yours?

Dunno, dang it. I've been to Dr. Buchwald for my consult he agreed to do the DS revision and I'm going to be scheduled for the endoscopy and some blood work. I asked about a psych eval and couldn't get an answer from his RN. I know I need one.
I have fish thawed tonight and my back hurts so bad when I stand, I can't cook it. I bet it goes bad before I can cook it...I just hate that. I never eat at home anymore and fast food just makes my diabetes and weight worse. It is a vicious cycle. I'll be so glad to get off this merry go round.
Enjoy your new found energy and all the other good things happening in your life. I will be joining you soon. Living like this is not living.

Congratulations!!! I read the DS weight loss keeps working for years. The one doctor report I read said they had it documented for weight loss at 18 years. So, I don't think you have to worry!
