the difference 70 pounds makes...(a few Wow's)

Got rid of the cane!

Bipap machine turned down 5 steps!

Walking throughout stores like Target, Kroeger (Fred Meyer's out west here), Safeway, and WalMart. I USED TO USE A SCOOTER cuz my back would go into spasm!

Standing at the stove (used to need a chair) to cook dinner!

There are TWO local libraries. I used to opt to go to the one where I didn't have to walk far. Now I use the one where I have to walk slightly uphill to get there!

Fitting into clothes that used to be skin-tight on me. Now they are loose, and feel wonderful!

Fitting into clothes I've "inherited" from my DS sisters. (Some size 3x stretchy jeans, some cotton 3x t-shirts and matching pants!)

Eating until I'm full, which doesn't mean bloated, can't move another inch, or being hungry an hour later!

Being completely satisfied with my food choices!

Yes, this list could go on...to include feeling like flirting now and then again, and rolling over in bed more easily (hm...did these two have to be in the same sentence? Freudian slip! Whoa!).

Oh! I almost forgot one. My steering wheel doesn't gauge into my tummy anymore. WooHOO!

That's it at this point. Hair isn't falling out too badly (yet). First labs being drawn tomorrow. Will keep you posted. Thanks! -anne P.S. Edited the title from 62 to 70 cuz I got weighed today! (WOW! 70 pounds in three months. Pinch me, I'm dreaming!)
