I'm so afraid the weight loss will just stop, and I'll be one of the only people the DS stops working for...what a dork...but I still have that thought...hope it's not over yet!  Hugs, anne

I know I felt the same - worried that it would not work - everytime I hit a slow down period. I guess we want so badly to be "normal" and healthy, and able to feel proud of how we look. BTW, I consider a positive self image part of being healthy. It's not just physical health we strive for. The DS will work for you, it's not over yet,, and you definitely are not a dork. SherryB

Don't you give up the fight, Dennie. It's worth it. Every last darned pound of it. The improvements to my quality of life are already showing up, and that's just 62 pounds and the first three months.  You're too kind. I don't think I look marvelous, but then again, I see myself every day. (hehe)  Glad this list helped. I hope you get your DS soon. Hugs, anne

Hey Anne,   That is just so great to hear about you.   Congrats for eleven WOWS with your first 62 pounds lost.  That is so incredible.  Keep up the good work, it only will continue to get better for you.  You make me proud with you acknowledgments of your achievements.  Wish I was that more aware of mine.

Hey Robb, It took me a while to come up with my list, but once I started it was kinda easy. I bet if you tried, you could think up quite a few. You're looking great, by the way. Thanks for your nice comments, I only hope to keep the scale moving down down down. Known for spending too much time analyzing herself, anne

Lucy, I can just see you scooting from the laundry room to the kitchen. Those back muscles are so small, and they aren't meant for hauling around (at least my big load) too much.  Thank goodness for scooters in the stores, canes for walking with, and a good-running car. Where would I have been without them? Stuck, I tell ya. Your day will come, my friend. I'll be waiting to hear all about it.  anne
