Vitalady Schedule- Iron Question

 I ordered the Vitalady Tender Iron Capsule this time.  It says to take 5 in the morning and each capsule has 400mg of Vitamin C.  The schedule says to take 1000mg of Vitamin C in the am and 1000mg at bed time... Do I still take the night dose?

I do.  I take my C with my iron and then I take it one other time as well.
