Iron bisglycinate anyone?

I take ferronyl carbonyl iron and poly sach iron, and am just sort of idling, not gaining much.

I was wondering if bisglycinate might be useful, and if anyone here has had much luck with it?

If you mean Ferrochel then yes. It's all I take. It's easy on my tummy and it's non-toxic so if my labs trend down I can take as much of it as I want to.

I'm thinking of ditching my tender iron in place of the bisglycinate, and wondering if you take any other iron with it, and how much bisglycinate you have to take?
