diarrhea

not understanding, the last 2 mornings i have had diarrhea the last 2 mornings starting at 2:30 until 7:30 it was a siting straight up in bed.  every hour on the hour, the only thing is i had Mexican food for lunch one day and dinner the next, i do not know what the problem is i am only 4 months out, i just know i do not like being woke up like that. i just need help

Mexican food does some strange things to me - especially beans and my beloved poblano peppers (my place stuffs them with cheese).  Bone up on yogurt and do no experimental tastings for a day or so and you'll get back to normal.
