DS rejected

Thank you, everyone, for the suggestions.  I am going to check and see why it would be considered a revision when I already have the sleeve part.  Yes, I have alot of medical issues again.  My blood pressure has skyrocketed, my sleep apnea is back, and so on....  I am sooooo depressed!!!!  No self pay again is not an option.
