I had the VSG in 2008 and lost 182 lbs, I have since gained all but 75 lbs back.  I am having a revision to the DS on April 7th.  I am so excited and nervous.  I wish I had the DS from the beginning, but that's the past and now I am looking forward to

Just wanted to hear from people who have had a revision from VSG to DS, not a virgin DS.  Was it hard to lose weight?  How long did it take you to get down to normal weight, how much did you lose?  Complications, etc.?

I had a VSG in 2008 and have regained.  I am looking into a revision and am trying to decide if it would be  better to have a RNY or DS?  I have an addiction to sweets, so I don't know if this takes the DS out of the possibility.  Any info from people

Has anyone had problems with Medicare paying for a revision from VSG to RNY?  Also I have BCBS select 65, do they pay what Medicare doesn't on a revision?  I've been getting the run around.  Also did you have to wait 6 months and go through dieting bef

Has anyone had revision surgery and had success with Medicare paying for it?  And if you have BCBS select 65, have they paid everything that Medicare didn't?  Any info would be appreciated.

I had a VSG 8 years ago and lost 182 lbs.  I have regained 110 lbs.  I have been debating having a revision to a RNY.  Anyone done this?  Were you successful.  Any suggestions and experiences would be helpful.

I had a VSG 8 years ago.  I lost 182 lbs, but have regained 110 lbs.  I am considering either a re-sleeve or revision to DS or RNY.  Has anyone else been re-sleeved?  My Dr. won't re-sleeve.  I'm nervous about a revision to DS or RNY.  Any suggestions?
