Oh What A Feeling!!!

Sunday is my weigh in day. As I got on the scale this morning I hit 90 pounds lost!! I can't believe I've lost so much weight in only 5 months. This is a truly incredible and magical journey. I am so glad and thankful I made the decision to get the DS and not one of the other procedures.

Wow - I only hope I do that well when I have surgery next month! I have lost about 23 pounds and my DS is scheduled for 6/30/14. What is great is that people have already noticed that I am losing weight and so when I return back to teaching in September, people will just think I am still focusing on my diet and exercise program. Congrats and good luck. I wish this surgery was around back in 2001.

Congrats!! You are doing wonderful!! It is a great feeling!! I just hit 80 pounds loss and feeling wonderful!! You will be hitting your goal in no time!!
