4 Days Post-op

I made it through my surgery! I cannot believe I am now on the "other side" of it. I prepared so hard and lost 20 lbs before the BPDS. I had a really hard time with nausea and pain when I first woke up, but the staff at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka, KS were just fantastic. Today, I am trying to just take Extra Strength Tylenol, we will see how that goes. I am up and walking more--but I am worried about my kness (I have horrible osteoarthritis).

Obesity Help has been such a blessing because I have learned from you all and watched your progress. I know I will keep coming back here because I am just starting my journey to lose all my weight..
