HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!! Is it time to get dressed up and go out???
I have done 30 mins on the treadmill doing a cardio course and upper body and abs for weights...I'm also looking into starting to reach my goal of becoming a personal trainer...so I'm thinking I'll start taking the course sometime in the near future.
Have a great day and stay away from TOO much Candy!! Those little bite size are killer.

12:20 pm to 1:40 pm @ power shack
Chest and shoulder day
20 min warmup
Floor press
High Incline DB Press
Discus Incline Flyes
Body Master Front Press
1 Arm DB laterals
Upright rows
No break or workout at work tonight, had a call off so no lunch hand have to work an extra 3 hours tonight. fun fun fun
Moving day tomorrow so did chest and delts today..
