Hump Day workouts
Squat Day - the other version.
Packed gym bag and then needed to work at client site until 10:30pm, grabbed a quick salad from Starbucks and then drove home - arrived home at midnight! Work out achieved - Squat!
Some days are just like this for me, however, I will be hitting the gym today come hell, high water or client distress!
