2.4 mile run/walk.  took it easy in prep for tomorrow's 5K race and the fact that it was 90 damn degrees outside!

First 10 Mile: April 11, 2010  (1:46.15)
First 1/2 marathon: June 13, 2010 (2:22.21)  PR: 5/1/11 (2:17.30)
First Marathon: October 16, 2011: 5:47:20

feel like a total noob,but got in a 30 minute walk and 30 minutes of upper body weights.  The plan will be to run couch t 30 k 3 times a week with an additional 30 mnutes of walking and then walking for 30 minutes and weights for 30 minutes alternating between upper body and lower body.  take 1 day off to hike with my kids.

Does this sound like a good plan???

Easy 3 mile run this evening after work with a friend. The rain stopped as we started so we had a nice run along the waterfront.

Full body massage.  It was hard to do it but I told myself to man up.....lol.  My body was getting pretty beat up so I needed a rest day and some therapy.  I feel supercharged now!!!!
