Tuesday Workouts.....

worked out tuesday night in the gym (i'm on a business trip), first tri is on Saturday.

41 minutes of weights (chest/tri), 45 minutes on the stationary bike for 17 miles, and then a brick run on the TM, 5K in just under 30 minutes.  finished off the day with 17 minutes on the stairmaster.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

 35 minutes on the treadmill - 30 minutes running at an easy 4.5mph speed.

Plan called for 30 min of cross training so I did it on a spin bike at the club.
