Wednesday Workouts!

Got started late so I got in 4 miles easy run. Tuesday was sprints so Wed. was a recovery day.

Swim drills were interesting.

We did 4x50 of kicking only then 4x25 of stroking with our head out of the water (like we were sighting) the ENTIRE TIME. I was drowning by the end of each lap.

Then 4x25 of swimming but we were only supposed to do one breath the entire lap. I managed to do it in 2 breaths a couple of times and was proud of that, but frustrated with the other times when I did 3-4 breaths.

Then 200 moderate pace.

Then repeat!
