Rochester Marathon
 Great Job Cassie!   I'm doing 3 halfs as "training runs" for my full marathon in November.  I did the Virginia Beach half over labor day and learned I didn't like stopping for water stops dealing with all the people etc.  So tomorrow I run another training run half  - Philadelphia Distance Run and I plan on wearing my hydration belt and see how that goes.   I hope to PR tomorrow!     And I agree ... I wish I got a medal at the end of every training run :)
