Thanks to the person who mentioned Tabata Workouts
I google Tabata training/workouts last night and today--WOW!!! What a workout! I did 8 different exercises (squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, tricept pushups, bicept curls, abs, plank, and running in place) for the 20/10 intervals and only 1 round.
I hope I can get to "many" rounds in the near future. But, whoever you are, "Thank YOU!"
