(Soggy) Sunday Workouts!
 I did a 15 min TT on my bike. (1:19 min total ride as I did a nice big warm-up and cool-down around the TT)
Then I went out and did something called MACKS 20:10. You run as fast as you can for 20 seconds, come to a dead stop for 10 seconds and then repeat. You keep doing it until you run 2 miles. I thought it would take about 30 min. to do that but only took a little over 21!
