Sunday Workouts!!!

Ran 8.95 miles this morning!  It was tough because I had to run solo, something I haven't done in awhile.  Took a short break at mile 5 to walk a mile with my running partner who is recuperating from a bad back.  Then I finish up the final 3.95.  Felt good being back out there without too much pain.

 2.4 mile swim is in the books!  Did it in 1:25, not fast but I'll take it.  1.2 miles was in 40 minutes so I was moderately happy with that time (considering I was pacing for the 2.4).
I'll feel better if I can get a 60 mile ride in this week

I also did ball exercises 100 push ups, 200 sit ups and 200 sitting side twist with weight ball today besides the cardio I did earlier at Bally's. I was watching aliens in the attics with the kids and figure I would get my toning done while watching the movie.

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin
