Wow Diet & Exercise Work

I'm where you were...1500-1800 calories, exercising nearly every day, and stuck. I'm convinced that this procedure does something to our metabolism, because most people would lose weight doing that. Before surgery, I sure would have. I guess after losing 140 lbs. rapidly, my body just said HALT and it has said that for months now. Guess I should try going down to 1200 and see what happens.

Congratulations on your success!

I agree with the metabolism slow down thought.
because if I am eating 1500 - 1800 calories and burning 600 working out thats only 900 - 1200 calories a day of food and I'm not losing weight.
I had to put it to 1200 calories and increase the burn to 800-12-- so that I'm operating on 400 - 0 calories for the weight to come off.  It doesn't seem right.

But it could be miscalculation is playing a big part in that too.  Overestimation of calories burned and underestimation of food eaten, portion size etc.  That's why I'm back to weighing everything.
