Caissie, the yoga keeps me sane! I love just as much as running. I find it to be an excellent cross training exrercise as well. Running and yoga really compliment each other. The pigeon pose definitely helps with the pirformis syndrome.

Today was better; I managed to eat and more importantly keep down, some solid food :)
