Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.

After running the 5k race in the morning, decided I wanted to get in some additional exercise in the evening, so I went out for a 4 mile run.  Humidity was still bad, but it was good run none the less.
